At Young & Empowered Women, we deeply believe that mentorship is a powerful tool to create economic empowerment, social mobility and reduce income inequality for women, especially women of color. Mentorship helps our members discover new opportunities, cultivate confidence and support their personal and professional development. Through our extensive network of experienced female executives, Y&E provides personalized guidance and support to empower members on their career journeys.
